At this point, it's safe to say no one does press tour fashion like Margot Robbie. The 35-year-old actress is currently trotting across the globe promoting her upcoming film, Wuthering Heights, alongside costar Jacob Elordi. With help from her Barbie press tour stylist, Andrew Mukamal, Robbie has delivered an array of stunning looks that would surely make Emily Brontë proud.

In the spirit of Catherine Earnshaw, the wildly passionate Wuthering Heights heroine that Robbie plays, the actress-stylist duo has reimagined traditional Victorian period dressing — think corsets and hoop skirts — with a modern twist. Whether it’s teaming with Chanel’s Matthieu Blazy to bring a custom couture gown to life or sourcing coveted designer pieces from nearly three decades ago, gothic glamour has been the throughline of Robbie’s most recent foray into method dressing.

Below, Yahoo rounded up all of Robbie’s Wuthering Heights press tour looks so far. Spoiler alert: They keep getting better.

Roberto Cavalli

Robbie kicked off her Wuthering Heights press tour looks by putting a Victorian spin on the little black dress. The actress stepped out in Los Angeles on Jan. 26 in a black Roberto Cavalli minidress, which she paired with Christian Louboutin patent leather pumps. The garment’s beauty lay in its details: the dress's simple, subdued silhouette was elevated by dramatic billowing sleeves and a subtle velvet trim along the neckline.

The event also marked the first time Robbie debuted her Cece Jewellery signet rings with Elordi.

For her Jan. 26 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Robbie stepped out in a sheer, intricate black dress by creative director Sean McGirr, from the Alexander McQueen spring/summer 2026 collection. Its asymmetrical neckline, high-low hem and embroidered floral devoré were among the gothic frock’s shining details. Robbie also wore beaded Rosa heels, a black Manta clutch and Jessica McCormack jewels.

Victoria Beckham

We love a literary reference! When curating this look for a press event on Jan. 27, Mukamal drew inspiration from Brontë herself. In her 1847 novel, Brontë wrote of Catherine’s increased “feverish bewilderment to madness,” and tearing a pillow with her teeth, finding “childish diversion in pulling the feathers from the rents she had made, ranging them on the sheet according to their different species.”

With this excerpt in mind, Mukamal dressed Robbie in two feathered looks from Victoria Beckham’s spring/summer 2026 collection: a white minidress and a black top.

Mark Gong

Layers, layers, layers! For an appearance on The Julia Cunningham Show in Los Angeles on Jan. 28, Robbie and Mukamal opted for a sheer slip dress by Mark Gong, which the actress wore over a red bra and floral midi dress. Finishing details included a floral-embossed, kiss-lock purse and statement bandage boots. The very cute, very coquettish baby-pink bows, messily placed in Robbie’s hair, were the perfect final touch.

Schiaparelli

Robbie fully leaned into gothic glamour at the Wuthering Heights world premiere in Los Angeles on Jan. 28. For the event, the Barbie star brought method dressing to new heights when she stepped out in a custom Schiaparelli gown designed by creative director Daniel Roseberry that featured a black lace bodice with a sweetheart neckline, a drop waist and a dramatic, red-and-black ombré skirt.

Robbie and Mukamal accessorized with the late Elizabeth Taylor’s Taj Mahal diamond necklace and custom Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

Chanel

A moment for the dress! Robbie nailed the assignment once more when she wore a striking Chanel piece designed by creative director Matthieu Blazy to the Wuthering Heights photocall in Paris on Feb. 2. The corseted, draped red velvet gown — which featured a voluminous white silk faille underskirt — was intricately embellished with delicate feathers and silk petals.

“It is such an honor to wear this look designed by Matthieu,” Robbie told Vogue, before revealing that the color of the gown was inspired by the red carpet itself. “It’s the first Chanel red carpet look I’ve worn designed by him, and I couldn’t think of a more special occasion than for Wuthering Heights, a project that is so special to me.”

Thom Browne

Emily Brontë would be proud. For the Wuthering Heights premiere in Paris on Feb. 2, Robbie leaned into somber elegance with an extraordinary Thom Browne look. The all-black dress featured a ruffled, off-the-shoulder neckline, a corseted bodice and a cut-out column skirt. Robbie’s custom choker by Jessica McCormack tied the look together.

Dilara Fındıkoğlu

For a press junket in Los Angeles on Jan. 28, Mukamal drew inspiration from another noteworthy line from Wuthering Heights: “I’d rather be hugged by a snake.”

Robbie had a major snakeprint moment courtesy of Dilara Fındıkoğlu’s autumn/winter 2025 collection. Putting a modern twist on traditional Victorian fashion, the bold look featured under-bust corsetry, lace-up sleeves, a spiky bra and micro miniskirt.

This wasn’t the only Dilara Fındıkoğlu look that Robbie wore while promoting Wuthering Heights. She was spotted in London on Feb. 4 in a head-to-toe look by the designer: a romantic, hand-dyed floral corset, low-rise black jeans with edgy leather buckles and pointed Paris Texas heels. When it came to accessories, Mukamal went with Gentle Monster x Maison Margiela sunnies and a hinged black shoulder bag.

Then, for the Wuthering Heights premiere in London on Feb. 5, Robbie took literary inspirations to new heights, wearing a bracelet made of Brontë’s own hair and a dress that was in a league of its own. The bracelet, recognized as Victorian mourning jewelry, featured an amethyst dangling from a bracelet woven with the hair of Emily and Anne Brontë. This intricate hair braiding, common in Victorian mourning jewelry, was also seen on Robbie’s custom Dilara Fındıkoğlu look: a sheer corseted gown accented with opulent blonde braids.

John Galliano

Archival John Galliano? Say less. In a departure from the darker, richer color palette, Mukamal secured this divine, green brocade coat with pale pink shearling at the neckline and cuffs from Galliano’s spring/summer 1992 collection for an event in London on Feb. 4. With the Penny Lane-style coat as the star of the look, Mukamal kept the rest of Robbie’s ensemble simple: a black micro miniskirt and a garter belt with red thigh-high stockings.

And since there’s no such thing as too much Galliano, Mukamal also styled Robbie in a luxurious layered pantsuit from the designer’s spring/summer 1997 collection for another junket on Feb. 6. We’re not sure what we love more: the pale seafoam brocade top and fringed scarf wrapped around Robbie’s waist or the whimsical, fringe trim along the neckline.

Maison Margiela

For a press event in Paris on Feb. 4, Robbie played with prints: a dark-hued feather-adorned coat and black-and-cream tulle dress from Maison Margiela’s fall 2025 runway collection. And what’s a Margiela look without the fashion house’s iconic shoe? Robbie and Mukamal paired the look with textured Tabis.

Vivienne Westwood

Among Robbie’s standout looks was this archival Vivienne Westwood getup from the fashion house’s fall/winter 1988 collection, which she wore to a Wuthering Heights Q&A panel in London on Feb. 6. As elevated as it was rebellious, Robbie’s little black leather dress — with its quilted corset and textured bubble skirt — effortlessly embodied the essence of dark gothic glam. Robbie’s choice of heel — sculptural, lace-up wedges by Christian Louboutin — was the cherry on top of an already-exquisite ensemble.
