Tom Sandoval's relationship with ex-girlfriend Victoria Robinson took a dark turn in June 2026.
On June 3, the model was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence, according to a court filing obtained by PEOPLE. On June 25, Sandoval requested a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson. The same day, TMZ published a video of the confrontation. In the video, which has been obtained by and reviewed by PEOPLE, Sandoval seems to push Robinson's father into a lit fire pit.
The former couple began dating in early 2024, when they debuted their relationship in a series of photos shared on Sandoval's Instagram Stories. Their relationship began roughly a year after Scandoval — the cheating scandal that rocked the Bravo universe and centered on Sandoval's affair with costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss while he was still in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix.

Fans first learned of Sandoval’s new partner when he posted a series of photos on his Instagram Stories ahead of Valentine’s Day in February 2024. The couple shared multiple selfies taken at the reality star's now-shuttered restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy's.
Speaking on the Billie & the Kid podcast that same month, Sandoval said he had known Robinson "for a super long time," though their connection had remained strictly platonic until they decided to give dating a try.
They faced a brief setback in December 2024 when Robinson appeared to accuse Sandoval of cheating. She shared a cryptic Instagram Stories post suggesting that a "tiger never changes its stripes," prompting speculation about the state of their relationship. However, Robinson quickly walked back the comment and defended Sandoval.
"I would like to sincerely apologize for my previous post. I had a true misjudgement [sic] in a situation. Tom did not do anything," she wrote. "From my own personal trauma and experiences hearing false accusations about him all the time clouded my judgment and got the best of me. Please respect him and know he's actually been the most supportive partner. The internet can be harsh sometimes, and I'm learning how to block out the noise."
She previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio

On June 3, 2026, Robinson was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and released on bond later that day. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Sandoval alleged that Robinson punched him in the face during a night out, causing injuries to his neck and ear.
When the couple returned home, they were met by Robinson's father, J. Will, whom Sandoval claimed was "visibly intoxicated." According to the reality star, the situation escalated after he noticed Robinson appeared to be secretly recording him on her phone.
"I asked her if she was recording me while I tried to reach for her phone to confirm my suspicion," Sandoval wrote in a declaration filed with the court.
Sandoval alleged that Will then "lunged" at him and grabbed his arms and shoulders.
"Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr. Robinson away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me," Sandoval wrote. "At no point did I pursue Mr. Robinson."
The filing further alleged that Will punched an "approximately 12-inch hole" in the door of a spare bedroom where Sandoval had barricaded himself.
Video of the confrontation was later published by TMZ on June 25, the same day Sandoval filed a restraining order against both Robinson and her father. In the video, Sandoval appears to push Robinson's father into a lit fire pit.
According to filings obtained by PEOPLE, a hearing on the restraining order request is scheduled for July 16.
