TheRocky Horror Show star first confirmed his relationship with the construction project manager in December 2022 when they attended a gala arm-in-arm. Before their red carpet debut, the pair had been seen traveling around the world, from boating and swimming in Ibiza to exploring Tokyo.
Since then, they've continued to walk the red carpet together and even collaborate professionally, launching their own lifestyle and clothing brand, BDXY.
"He's my best friend. He's the calm, deep waters, and I am the rushing, bubbly water," Evans told PEOPLE in November 2024. "And between the two of us, we can solve anything."
In June 2026, the couple had a date night at the Tony Awards, where Evans was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for his role as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Show.

Tomas hails from Madrid, Spain, and works as a project manager in the construction industry, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. According to his LinkedIn, Tomas began his career as an interior designer before becoming an architect and project coordinator.
Evans and Tomas are also now business partners on their lifestyle and clothing brand, BDXY.
"Having a business together just is an extension of our life together. We work really well together," Evans told PEOPLE in November 2024. "He blows my mind. He's so impressive in everything he does, in the business — and in life."

Like Evans, who debuted his physical transformation in February 2021, Tomas regularly posts on Instagram about his time in the gym.
While Evans hits the weights to bulk up for roles, like the notoriously muscular Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, he has also said that fitness is all about balance.
"It's good for your body to have a break," he told Men's Health U.K. in November 2014. "I don't need to be super-ripped all year round."

Evans and Tomas enjoy seeing the world together.
They've visited Tokyo, France and Thailand, posting photos of their surroundings, friends and local food from their trips. The couple have also soaked up the sun on the beach in Miami, skied in the Alps and went on a safari in Namibia.

Evans and Tomas walked the red carpet together in December 2022 for a LuisaViaRoma UNICEF gala in St. Barts, marking their first official event as a couple.
"I'm just happy going into the new year, closing the year 2022, which has been an incredible year for me," Evans told PEOPLE at the event. "It's been an incredible, incredible year. I'm just happy that it's been a good one and I'm coming to the end of it with my very close friends."

In his 2024 memoir, Boy From the Valleys: My Unexpected Journey, Evans opened up about his desire to become a parent with Tomas.
"I do want to have children, and hope I'm able to do so in the next five years, whether that's through adoption or surrogacy," he wrote. "I've talked about it with my partner, Fran, a Spanish architect whom I've been with for the past three years and with whom I can certainly see myself becoming a parent."
