Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers surprisingly reunites with estranged family

In what can only be described as one of the most heartwarming stories in today’s NFL, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has reunited with his family after nearly 12 years of estrangement.
On Instagram, Rodgers posted a beautiful compilation of photos of his family, including his father, Ed, and his mother, Darla. Fans can take a look at the photos of Rodgers embracing his loved ones down below.
Rodgers’ relationship with his parents and immediate family has been called into question since 2014, when his father claimed communication between both sides had ended. Rodgers’ brother, Jordan Rodgers, added that they didn’t have “much of a relationship.” In a 2024 Netflix documentary, Rodgers suggested that he and his family began growing apart before 2014.

That seems to be all in the past, however, as love, just like it has in many people’s lives, has conquered the differences and opened the door for Rodgers to reconcile with his family.
Rodgers’ family is firmly behind him heading into what’s likely his final season in the NFL, a season in which the Mike McCarthy-led Steelers are looking to pick up their first playoff win in a decade.
