OSLO, Aug 11 (Reuters) - The CEO of Norway's sovereign wealth fund reiterated on Tuesday that its $2 trillion in value could sustain an unexpected heavy loss and could even disappear altogether.

"We are in an abnormal situation," Nicolai Tangen said in a speech during a political conference in Arendal, southern Norway, adding that financial markets kept rising despite challenges.
