Nicole Kidman thrilled fans last year with a dramatic new hairstyle after her split with ex-husband Keith Urban. The 59-year-old actress stepped out with fresh, wispy bangs at the 2026 Chanel ready-to-wear show, hours after she was announced as a returning ambassador for the brand.

Now, the Babygirl actress has ditched her strawberry-blonde hair for the lightest hair she's had in 9 months. On July 29, Nicole showed up for the premiere of Lioness in New York City with notably lighter hair, donning a sleeveless 1920s-inspired top by Fendi, ivory pleated trousers, and open-toe heels.

Last year's fan-favorite wispy bangs have also grown out, now touching her cheekbones and further accentuating her facial structure. Kidman currently collaborates with stylist Jason Bolden, who also works with Cynthia Erivo, Cara Delevingne, and Channing Tatum, per InStyle. Always experimenting with her hair, the actress donned a throwback hairstyle last Christmas.

The last time Nicole turned her tresses this light was in October 2025, when she appeared at the Texas Conference for Women in Austin. She stunned in a sleeveless zip-up dress with bleached waves, pairing it with black ankle-strap pumps and gold rings.

On the other hand, Nicole's personal life has also undergone many changes in recent years.

Earlier this year, the Big Little Lies star sparked romance rumors with Simon Baker after they were seen together at the New York City premiere of their Prime Video thriller Scarpetta on March 3.

The duo, who portray a married couple working as forensic pathologists in the series, were caught holding hands at the event. A source told The Sun that they "stayed close all night and were deep in conversation" at the afterparty.

"Nicole and Simon's closeness is definitely the talk of the town right now," the insider revealed. "They're incredible together on screen, and when you see them together in real life, that chemistry clearly wasn't faked."

The duo previously collaborated in 2022's Roar, where they also portrayed a married couple.

The Academy Award winner was previously married to country music star Keith Urban. The couple tied the knot in 2006, and have two daughters, Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15.

Nicole filed for divorce from Keith, 58, last September after 19 years of marriage. "Sometimes relationships just run their course," a source said at the time, noting that Kidman "did not want the separation and was trying to save things."
