A man described as a "stalker" who is allegedly obsessed with Kylie Jenner has been ordered by a court to maintain his distance from the entire Kardashian-Jenner family for the next three years.
Kyle Robert DeWick, 40, faces allegations of repeatedly visiting Kylie's residence on multiple occasions in 2021 before being taken into custody for trespassing. Most recently, Kris Jenner, 70, stated that Kyle had been attempting to "get close to" the family once again.
A temporary restraining order was granted to the high-profile family back in May, which has now been made permanent. Court documents reveal that a judge issued a permanent restraining order against DeWick. This development follows Kylie Jenner's 6-word explosion at Timothée Chalamet at Oscars 2026.

Per the Daily Mail, the restraining order spans three years and is set to expire on July 31, 2029.
Kyle DeWick is required to remain at least 100 yards away from Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Robert Kardashian.

He is additionally prohibited from contacting them or attempting to obtain their address, among other stipulations.
The court documents outline how family matriarch Kris Jenner alleged that Kyle was "asked to leave" by Kylie's security team, yet reportedly refused to comply and was ultimately "arrested for trespassing" on his fifth attempt.
She further disclosed that she was "informed" that, in 2021, the alleged stalker purportedly believed Kris had "sent him messages acknowledging" his affection for Kylie and "encouraging" him to propose to her at her home.

The matriarch firmly denied having "any relationship" with the alleged stalker, reiterating, "I certainly would never tell a stranger to go to my daughter's home."

In her restraining order request, she noted that Kyle had filed a federal petition in 2024 seeking "access" to the Kardashian-Jenners. She further alleged that he accused her, Kylie, Kendall, and Kim of monitoring him and "interfering" with his "imagined relationship" with Kylie.
In her court filing, the matriarch stated that "his claims and his anger at me are extremely concerning," revealing she was experiencing "severe emotional distress and anxiety" as a result of his conduct.
Kris further alleged that the 40-year-old had made two attempts to "get close" to her family by inquiring with realtors about properties for sale, "either by my family or near my family."

The court filing also referenced John Romero, director of investigations at the private security firm Kris enlisted for protection.
John revealed that the alleged stalker had toured a property "adjacent" to Kim's home-a residence that had once belonged to her former husband, Kanye West.
John further disclosed that during a phone conversation with Kyle, he discovered the alleged stalker believed one of the Kardashian-Jenners, whom he inferred to be Kylie, "is in love with him and has been pursuing him for years."
One part of Kris' legal filing included a copy of the federal petition Kyle filed against her in 2024.
"I was encouraged," the document written supposedly by Kyle says, "to fall in love with someone who publicly stated they agreed, who still publicly states they are in love with me, but chose to impregnate themselves without me, as an affront, further complicating the public perception and protections provided to me as an individual."
