Emma Roberts’ 5-year-old son, Rhodes, walked her down the aisle during her Idaho wedding to Cody John on July 25

The Scream Queens alum’s father, Eric Roberts, previously confirmed that he did not attend the wedding

Emma Roberts’ son, Rhodes, walked her down the aisle on her wedding day.

During the Scream Queens alum’s outdoor nuptials to Cody John in Idaho on July 25, 5-year-old Rhodes proudly walked her down the aisle while sporting a dapper white suit, photos shared by Vogue show. (Emma welcomed her son with ex Garrett Hedlund in December 2020.)

Another photo taken from behind shows the mother-son duo walking hand-in-hand toward Cody, 36, as their closest friends and family watched from their seats while shading themselves from the sun with umbrellas.

During the ceremony, Emma wore a flowy gown custom-made by Monique Lhuillier in a custom color — vintage rose — which she paired with a sheer shawl and a long white veil.

“I didn’t really know what I wanted,” Emma toldVogue in an interview from her final dress fitting. “I just knew that I wanted it to feel very vintage-inspired. I’m obsessed with antique books and treasure hunting, and I love collecting old ephemera, so I really wanted that to shine through in the dress.”

Once Emma made it down the aisle with the help of her son, Cody — who has appeared in Hulu’s Wu-Tang: An American Saga and The CW’s In the Dark — wore a brown suit as the couple said “I do.”

The American Horror Story actress’ dad, Eric Roberts, previously confirmed to Page Six that he did not attend the wedding. (Eric, 70, welcomed Emma with ex Kelly Cunningham in 1991, but he lost custody of her when she was a baby due to past struggles with drug addiction.)

“I love my daughter, always have, always will,” he said in a statement. “It is perfectly wonderful for her to celebrate however she wants, with whomever she wants.”

Emma’s aunt Julia Roberts and her husband, Danny Moder, were among those supporting the couple on their big day. A few of the bride’s celebrity friends, including Sarah Paulson and Demi Moore, were also in attendance.

For her second look, Emma opted for a vintage dress from Lhuillier’s fall 2004 collection. The two-piece black look included a corset top in Chantilly lace and a tea-length, hand-cut skirt in layered silk organza.

“I love the idea of wearing black for the afterparty,” Emma explained to Vogue of her choice. “We love doing something that’s a little unexpected. This looks like it could be totally vintage from 100 years ago, or from now. This is going to be so fun in Idaho at the afterparty.”

Emma and Cody first went public with their romance in August 2022 before the actress debuted their relationship on Instagram four months later with a photo of the pair holding hands.

“#2022 I loved you ❤️ happy new year hotties!” the caption of Emma’s New Year’s Eve post read at the time.

The couple later announced their engagement in July 2024.

“Putting this here before my mom tells everyone ❤️,” Emma quipped on Instagram as she flashed her diamond engagement ring.
