During the May 6 episode of the show, Jackman revealed a “cool moment” when “stunning” Lively asked for his help with her massive Versace gown. “My good friend Blake Lively, goes, ‘Dude, I need some help with the dress. I think there’s a hook in there,'” Jackman recalled, gesturing toward his chest. “And I’m like, ‘OK,’ I’m like, ‘Ryan [Reynolds], is this cool? Checking. Are we good?’” And things went smoothly post that as the star escaped any oops moment.
Recalling another best thing of the night, Jackman shared how he was spellbound when Stevie Nicks sang on the stage. And it seems he was not the only one who was touched by their performances. The star revealed that Beyoncé was moved to tears as well. “I’m gonna drop some more names here, and I was standing next to Rihanna and Beyoncé and Jay-Z, but that moment was just incredible, and I look over, and I see Beyoncé go [gasp] like this and just doing this to her daughter [making shaking gesture],” he shared. Jackman further iterated, “That was incredible.”
