Taylor Swift loves to feature her famous friends in her Easter egg-ridden music videos.

The “Love Story” singer most recently shared the spotlight with actors Colin Farrell and Dakota Johnson, who star in a 13-second teaser for her new single, “Patient Zero.” Though Swift dropped the teaser clip on Thursday, Sept. 24, the full video is set to premiere at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Her 2025 “Opalite” music video was also a star-studded affair, with everyone from Greta Lee and Domhnall Gleeson to Lewis Capaldi and Graham Norton making a cameo.

From Ethan Hawke to Laura Dern, here are all the celebrities who have made a cameo in Taylor Swift’s music videos over the years.

The sneak peek of “Patient Zero” is 13 seconds of moody romance featuring Swift, Farrell and Johnson.

In the clip, the trio can be seen swimming, standing in a graveyard and lounging in a dimly lit sitting room.

Swift dropped the “Opalite” music video from her album The Life of a Showgirl in February 2026.

The video stars The Paper‘s Gleeson and features cameos from The Morning Show actress Lee, “Someone You Loved” singer Capaldi, British talk show host Norton, Oppenheimer star Cillian Murphy and Anne Boleyn actress Jodie Turner-Smith.

“Fortnight”

Swift’s “Fortnight” music video premiered along with her album The Tortured Poets Society in April 2024.

In the video, Hawke and Josh Charles play scientists working in a lab around Swift, who is hooked to an upright table, much like the iconic scene from Frankenstein. Post Malone, who is featured on the track, also makes an appearance in the video as Swift’s love interest.

Swift enlisted Twilight actor Taylor Lautner, whom she dated in 2009, for the making of “I Can See You (Taylor’s Version)” in July 2023.

In the video, Launter and The Kissing Booth actress Joey King go on a mission to rescue Swift from a concrete vault.

Swift’s friend Ice Spice joined her in the music video for “Karma” in May 2023.

“The thing about Taylor is that she keeps it so real,” Spice later told NYLON in September 2025. “Not even kidding, but one of the biggest things that I always think about that Taylor said is ‘As long as you keep making music, everything’s going to be fine.’ ”

Swift transformed into a sparkly Cinderella for the “Bejeweled” music video in October 2022, which she also directed.

Several celebrities lent their star power to the project, including Dern, Dita Von Teese, Jack Antonoff and the Haim sisters, Este, Danielle and Alana.

“She is a real deal,” Dern later said of Swift on TheWrap’s UnWrapped podcast in March 2024. “On top of everything else amazing that she does and is a real deal filmmaker, which I got to experience firsthand.”

“All Too Well: The Short Film” stars Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien as a young couple navigating an intense relationship.

Sink later revealed in an August 2024 interview with Variety that she had “never been in love” before filming the video.

“It was all foreign territory for me,” she explained.

Swift’s music video for her 2019 single “The Man” features a voice-only cameo by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The “Love Story” singer stars in the video as a stereotypical man who can be seen walking around his office and manspreading on the subway.

At the end of the video, Swift, who at that point has transformed back into herself, tells the male actor to be “sexier” and “more likable.” When he responds, it’s The Rock’s voice saying, “Okay, okay, no problem.”

“You Need to Calm Down” was another star-studded project, with an ensemble cast featuring Katy Perry, Ryan Reynolds, Laverne Cox, RuPaul and Ellen Degeneres, among others.

The 2015 music video for “Bad Blood” features a massive all-star cast that includes Selena Gomez, Lena Dunham, Hailee Steinfeld, Gigi Hadid, Hayley Williams, Zendaya, Karlie Kloss, Ellen Pompeo, Kendrick Lamar, Serayah, Martha Hunt, Cara Delevingne, Lily Aldridge, Jessica Alba, Cindy Crawford and Mariska Hargitay.

Ten years later, Hargitay called the experience “so fun” in a June 2025 appearance on Call Her Daddy.

The duo stayed in touch following his cameo, and years later, he even lived in her family’s houseboat when he first moved to Nashville.

“Her dad really helped me get settled out there,” he told PEOPLE in September 2024. “And I just ended up getting into the whole Swift family world and they were so cool.”
